Lea Michele Confirms Pregnancy With Sweet Baby Bump Photo

Lea Michele looks so beautiful with her baby bump.

The Glee actress officially confirmed she and husband Zandy Reich are expecting their first child together on Saturday (May 2) after baring her baby bump for the first time on social media. “So grateful 💛” the “Cannonball” singer captioned the delightful snapshot on Instagram, which shows Michele cradling her belly in a blue dress as she poses near her home garden.

In response to the exciting baby news, which has garnered over 1.5 million likes, several of Michele’s famous friends and former costars sent their congratulations to the mommy-to-be.

“Aww congrats!” commented Naya Rivera, who played Santana on Glee. “You’re going to be a great mommy!”

"Crying! Screaming!!! Love you !" Emma Roberts wrote, as Ashley Tisdale chimed in with "OMG OMG."

The press first reported Michele and Reich were pregnant with their first child a few days ago, and fans speculated as much after the superstar appeared to be hiding her baby bump in another revealing Instagram post.

The couple, who married a year ago, have been really excited about starting their own family together. “They’ve always wanted to be parents,” a source told PEOPLE of the 33-year-old actress and her 37-year-old entrepreneur hubby, who have been romantically linked since July 2017. Reich popped the question to the Scream Queens star in April 2018 and the pair celebrated their nuptials in an intimate wedding ceremony in Napa, California, officiated by Ryan Murphy.

“We are so excited to be married and grateful to be surrounded by our friends and family,” the newlyweds told PEOPLE at the time. “And most of all, we’re so happy to spend the rest of our lives together.”
