Former NFL Quarterback Johnny Manziel Falls Off Cliff Into Lake

Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel is lucky to be unhurt after falling off a cliff into a lake. Manziel shared a video on Instagram as he tried to jump off the top of a rock face into a lake in Arizona.

In the video, Manziel is standing above Lake Pleasant, preparing to dive into the water. As he backs toward the edge of the cliff to dive off, he slips and loses his balance, falling awkwardly into the water below. His friends can be heard laughing and clapping as Manziel swims to the surface.

"Flawless execution," he captioned the video.

Manziel spent just two seasons in the NFL after being picked by the Browns with the 14th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft. Despite high expectations, Manziel never reached his potential due to excessive partying and other off-the-field issues.
