Brad Paisley And His Band Will Reunite On Stage For A Livestream Show

Brad Paisley is getting the band back together all on the same stage!

The country star will perform inside an empty rehearsal hall in Nashville on Friday (May 15), which is the same day his 2020 "World Tour" was supposed to launch in Concord, California. Paisley and his band will also be joined by Lady Antebellum to provide much needed entertainment for fans amid the coronavirus pandemic.

"I’m anxious to get back with my band, it’s been a long nine weeks since the last time we played and I love that my friends from Bud Light have invited us to get back together for the Bud Light Seltzer Sessions – with proper social distancing, of course. It’s going to be a fun night of music and fan interaction,"Paisley said in statement.

The "No I In Beer" singer turned to social media to share the news with his followers. "Our summer tour would have hit the road this week, BUT instead we set it all up and we're bringing it into your house Friday night live on FB, TW & YT along with @ladyantebellum at 9PM EST as part of the @budlight Seltzer Sessions," he wrote. "Send in questions using #SeltzerSessions & We'll answer them during the show. We can't wait for Friday!"

He later shared an update with fans on how set up for Friday's show is going with a in a video posted on Instagram. The clip shows Paisley in a mask scanning the room to show his socially distanced band members. "Look at this stage, we actually have a stage," Paisley says in the video going on to joke that with no one in the crowd, it'll feel like it did when they first started touring.

"So surreal to be setting up to play a concert for Friday! We're beaming into your phone and homes," he wrote in the caption. "Can't wait. ..crazy to see all this gear and these people again."

Fans can tune in to Bud Light's YouTube channel on Friday (May 15) at 9PM ET to watch. Anyone who can is encouraged to make a donation to the American Red Cross.
