Kelly Ripa is over viewers of Live with Kelly and Ryan critiquing her looks during quarantine. In a recent episode of the talk show, which is currently being filmed remotely, Ripa and her co-host Ryan Seacrest revealed that some of their viewers have been criticizing their DIY glam, as well as critiquing their "shiny" faces while filming.

"First of all, let me just say, to people commenting about our appearance, 'How dare you and you’re lucky that we actually put clothes on. It’s harder than you think to roll out of bed and come to a TV show,'" Ripa said. "I don’t care. I have a new outlook on life. Certain things don’t matter any more and my appearance is one of those things that just don’t matter."

Though Ripa and Seacrest both, unsurprisingly, look fine, the criticism has started to get to them. As a result, Ripa elaborated on how difficult it can be to get the show done remotely. Ripa told Seacrest she's "this close to just pulling the laptop into the bed," however, she says she's "not going to do that because I keep telling myself, 'You’re a professional and this is still a TV show and the days matter. It’s my mantra."

Ripa went on to reveal that she kept all her makeup and wardrobe for the show at the studio, so, when quarantine started she didn't have her usual products on hand. "I'm not proud of this. I for one have not ordered makeup and I’m just using what I have," she said. "Some of it, I’m sure, is probably toxic. It’s probably way past its expiration date."

”I keep putting on my daughter’s self-tanner, thinking that will help,” Ripa continued. “All of my clothes, all of my hair products, and all of my makeup is locked in the studio, which is closed because of everything that is going on. I realized it was such a blessing to have this place to keep everything. So now I’m just in an 18-year-old self-tanner and workout clothes.”
