Jennifer Lopez Fans Freak Out Over Stranger Hiding Behind Her In Gym Selfie

Look behind you, Jennifer Lopez!

This is what fans wished they could have told the superstar before snapping her latest workout selfie. The image, originally shared over the weekend, shows the Latin pop star posing for what looks to be just any other mirror selfie at her home gym in Miami. “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you… #CamoFriday @niyamasol,” she captioned the innocent snapshot.

However, on second glance, according to what concerned fans are claiming, she isn’t the only person in the picture. As followers pointed out in new comments under the post, there also appears to be a man — a stranger, maybe? — with a wide-eyed expression hiding in the background of the shot, seemingly with a hand covering his mouth or perhaps just wearing a face mask. It’s hard to tell.

Although it could have just been one of Lopez’s trainers or friends, fans had more hilarious — and more sinister — theories to share.

“Why is there a man in the background with a hand over his mouth?” one user commented.

“Why is there a scared man in this picture,” someone else asked, as another fan chimed in, “Who’s that guy tied up in the back??”

Apparently, some fans noticed Lopez deleting many of the comments asking for an explanation. “Why you removing comments that point out the weird dude behind ur head?” someone asked.

Of course, it’s possible the man in question was likely someone she knew, and probably performing exercises when he'd been caught off guard in the snapshot, which might explain the expression on his face. These are just theories after all.
