Lea Michele's reported mean girl past continues to haunt the Glee alum.
In a new report from Page Six, the actress' toxic behavior gets coverage from an insider within the beauty industry, particular one professional who worked with the star on a L'Oreal shoot. As the story goes, Michele reportedly signed on to be the face of the beauty brand for an estimated $1 million dollars and one of her obligations was to participate in a video shoot about her beauty routine. Unfortunately, Michele didn't comply with her duties and stormed out of the shoot.
"All the questions and answers were agreed [on] in advance, she just had to answer five questions on camera about her hair routine to a crew hired by L'Oréal," the insider revealed. "But two questions in, Lea just stood up, said she was done and walked out, leaving everyone standing there in shock. The head of L’Oréal asked if she was coming back, and her mother said, 'No, she's not.'"
The insider went on to reveal that Michele's reputation has made the rounds, particularly amongst the world of beauty. "This is who she is. Given how small the industry is, the word has spread across other beauty brands," the source added. Afterward, Michele was seemingly replaced by Blake Lively for the "Because You're Worth It" campaign.
As you know, Michele's facing severe backlash after her fellow Glee alum Samantha Ware, among other previous collaborators, called her out for her difficult behavior on-set of her projects.
