Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are doing just fine, thanks very much. According to an Entertainment Tonight source, all the hardships the Duke and Duchess have faced over the past few years have only brought them closer together. Though their decision to step down from the official roles within the Royal Family was much criticized in the British tabloid press, Meghan and Harry still believe the "bittersweet" move was the right decision for their family.

While Meghan and Harry are happy with their decision to forge their own path outside of the House of Windsor, there have been some downsides to their big move to the United States. “It’s a bit ironic because one of the things that was making Meghan unhappy about living in the U.K. was that she felt isolated and she missed her friends,” ET's source explained. "But now she’s back in the U.S., which is what she wanted, but is isolated and can’t see her friends.”

Despite being unable to see their loved ones amid quarantine, the source says Harry and Meghan have only grown closer since they left the United Kingdom. “Their relationship is stronger than ever,” the insider dished.

Before settling down in Los Angeles, Harry and Meghan briefly lived in Canada on Vancouver Island. The source told ET that the months they spent in Canada were some of the happiest of their lives. They were able to enjoy the privacy they long desired and take Archie on hikes with their dogs without being bothered by paparazzi.

For now, Harry and Meghan are staying in Tyler Perry's Beverly Hills mansion. When they're able to house hunt, however, it's believed they'll look for their own home in Malibu.
