Nene Leakes has reportedly laughed off claims that she's been fired from her stomping rounds of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

On Wednesday (June 17), the personality, 52, shared a photo of herself laughing, as well as a tweet with laughing emojis, amid the rumors that she's been nixed due to her past use of racial slurs. B. Scott reported that Leakes was not offered a renewal to her contract for season 13 of the Bravo franchise. Pickup letters were reportedly sent out on Friday. In a since-deleted tweet, which was assumably aimed at executive producer, Andy Cohen, Leakes wrote, "You are NOT gonna get away with this! I promise." Castmate Eva Marcille previously announced her departure from the series.

Bravo recently nixed two stars of Vanderpump Rules last week for their past racist behavior, so it only made sense that attention made its way over to Leakes for her own problematic behavior. In recent years, her relationship with the network and producers has become tense after a physical altercation with a cameraman, walking off set and, most notably, her calling fellow Housewive Claudia Jordan a "half breed."

"I'm just really sick of being labeled by other people," Jordan said to ABC News at the time. "I never really cared what the hell I was until other people try to make you choose a side -- or you know when white folks would say, 'You're not like them.' Or you know, sometimes black folks would make comments like, 'You're not black enough. You're a halfie.' That's really a cruel thing to say to a kid."

Meanwhile, in a statement to PEOPLE, her manager Steven Grossman, denied the claims. "It is absolutely not true that Nene has been fired from RHOA," he said. "Furthermore, it was made abundantly clear prior that she will always be welcome on the series as long as she wants to be."
