Not only is Teyana Taylor planning to deliver her second child at home, but she's also enlisted legendary singer, and part-time doula, Erykah Badu to assist with the home birth.

In a recent interview, Teyana revealed her plans, saying, “I’m considering home birth and I’m actually gonna be doing it with Erykah." She added, “They’re gonna deliver my baby. I’m super excited, so I’mma have her just sing her verse from ‘Lowkey’ for me. That will calm my nerves.”

As fans know, "Lowkey" is Teyana's new collab with Erykah. The track is featured on the "Made It" singer's recently released LP, The Album. “I have to brag about this because I’m very excited about this. Erykah’s not just giving anybody features, and rightfully so,” Teyana previously said of Erykah's decision to be on the track. “I get the chills every time I hear her on this track because it took me three months to ask her. That’s how scared I was. I was prepared for her to say no.”

As for Erykah's birth services, she's no stranger to natural births as she's been moonlighting as a certified doula for years. “I’ve always had a mothering nature. But I didn’t plan on becoming a doula. I just wanted to care for my family and friends," she told People, per Parents.com. “When I saw the baby, I cried. I knew what I was supposed to do with my life.”

Teyana is also no stranger to natural or home births as she delivered her first child, four-year-old daughter Junie, in her bathroom with just her husband, Iman Shumpert, after the two were unable to get to a hospital in time.
