Lady Gaga & Adobe Launch $10K 'Chromatica' Contest: Details Inside

Lady Gaga and Adobe are linking up for a creative contest.

On Wednesday (June 24), the “Stupid Love” singer, Adobe and Live Nation launched a fun challenge for creatives around the world to use Adobe’s applications to illustrate their own Chromatica, the fictional realm based the singer’s sixth studio album of the same name. "My fans have consistently shown their love and creativity through their art over the years, and always make me feel so happy and understood. I can’t wait to see what Chromatica means to them," the “Rain On Me”s star shared in a press release.

The contest requires fans to source Gaga’s Chromatica photos, logos, icons, typography and such to draw up their own vision of the planet Chromatica using Photoshop, Spark, Illustrator and more Adobe tools. Before the contest closes on July 21, creatives will need to post their illustrations on Instagram and Twitter with the hashtag #LadyGagaxAdobe to be considered for one grand prize and several second-place prizes.

Now more than ever, creativity is being used to speak out against inequality, cope in the midst of a pandemic, and, hopefully, build bridges with one another," said Ann Lewnes, Adobe’s executive vice president and chief marketing officer. "Who better to join forces with than one of the most creative and compassionate people in the universe, Lady Gaga, to empower our community to build worlds that unite us all."

One grand prize winner will receive a $10,000 cash prize, a high-quality print of their design autographed by Gaga, and a 12-month Adobe All-Apps Creative Cloud Subscription. Additionally, nine second-place winners will receive a $400 cash prize, a Gaga poster autographed by Mother Monster herself, and a 3-month Adobe All-Apps Creative Cloud Subscription.
