This is so heartbreaking. We can't continue to treat each other this way, and we should be comfortable in our own neighborhoods.
Bililfo Fernandez has sold elotes for over 20 years in his neighborhood.
Yesterday, he was robbed at gunpoint and attacked by two men in Long Beach. A ring video from the apartment nearby caught the incident and shared it on social media.
If you'd like to donate to BiliLfo's GoFundMe.
Yesterday an elotero was beat up, pistol whipped, and robbed in Long Bach. People tried to stop it but one of the kids kept aiming a pistol at them telling them to back up, as the other one kept beating him on the ground. He had been a street vendor in the community for years 💔 pic.twitter.com/onxL2bvt26
