The Cadillac Three's Neil Mason And Wife Chelsea Welcome Baby Girl

The Cadillac Three's Neil Mason and his wife Chelsea Eager have officially welcomed a baby girl. Louella Rosa Mason arrived on Thursday, July 2 at 5:07PM.

In an Instagram post announcing the birth of his daughter, Mason shared that his wife went into labor around 3AM, but didn't bother letting him know until around 7AM.

"I woke up about 7:15am on July 2nd, rolled out of bed & heard a very calm @chelseaeagermason say 'hey babe', to which I said 'yes?', and then I heard 'I think I’ve been having contractions since about 3am'..." Mason shared alongside a photo of his newborn sleeping.

"We spent the next seven hours at home with her in labor before heading to the hospital around 2PM," he continues. "Three hours and seven minutes later, Louella arrived without so much as a sound she stared at us, looked around wide eyed & has been taking in the world ever since. She certainly has changed our lives for the better in so many ways already with her calm peaceful beauty."

He goes on to give an update on how his wife is writing, "Chels is doing great, she was unbelievable throughout this entire last 9 months & has already shown how wonderful of a mother she is & will be."

He concludes, "In a year filled with uncertainties we have been given our greatest gift yet."

The couple announced that they were expecting in late May, a few months after they tied the knot in Eager's hometown of New Braunfels, Texas in January 2020.

Baby Louella is the second child among the Cadillac Three. Mason's bandmate, Jaren Johnston and his wife Evyn welcomed son Jude Daniel in April of 2017.
