The Hudson River is Flooding Inside the Lincoln Tunnel [VIDEO]

A New York driver recorded water leaking into the Lincoln Tunnel last night, as he drove toward New Jersey.

Anthony Consiglio shared this video on his Instagram story as he drove through the tunnel, which runs under the Hudson River to connect Manhattan with Weehawken, New Jersey.

The official Lincoln Tunnel Twitter account warned of delays due to ‘emergency maintenance’ on Tuesday evening.
