Bob Saget was happy to trade his San Francisco Victorian home for a postage stamp square in Nashville when he joined as the host of CMT's "Nashville Squares." The show, based on interactions with country music celebrities, was right in Bob's wheelhouse. After all, once you meet a legend like Johnny Cash, you are ready to meet anyone.

In an interview with Cody Alan, Bob shared the story behind the first time he met the "Man In Black."

"A lot of country artists like me," laughs Bob. "It is always like a dream for me. Its people that I look up to so much!"

"When I was on Letterman years ago, I met Johnny Cash. I didn't know what to say. I was in his presence, and he was kind of nervous, and he was Johnny Cash. You know?" Bob continues. "I've always heard he was incredibly nice, but backstage before Letterman, I brought it up that he should be on before me, and I was on before him." laughs Bob reminiscing over his backstage moment of torment. "I got a little bit of a growl, and I got that half of the lip that went up. But, he was incredibly nice and told me I was funny afterward."

Bob is a big fan of country music, the people within that community saying, "anything with three chords, I am in."
