Bobby Shmurda may be released from prison sooner than expected.
On Wednesday (July 22), a mysterious countdown set for August 4 at 8:00 p.m. ET appeared on the Brooklyn rapper's website, sparking fans to believe it could be his new prison release date. Adding to the speculation, the website also features the words: “how long can you wait?”
The August date surprised fans given the fact that Bobby, who is currently incarcerated, is reportedly set to be released from prison in December. Fans also noted that the teased date could be a possible release date for new music as it's also his 26th birthday.
Back in 2016, Bobby plead guilty to conspiracy to commit murder, reckless endangerment, and drug and gun possession and was sentenced to seven years behind bars.
