Candlelight Vigil for Ryan Bowers at Ocean Beach Skate Park Tonight at 6

A candlelight vigil for San Diego rapper Ryan Bowers will be held tonight at the OB skate park beginning at 6pm. Organizers are asking family and friends to wear a mask and to practice social distancing during the gathering. Rest In Peace Ryan Bowers.
