A Chipotle worker from Colorado has been fired from their job after writing “I can’t breathe” on a Police Officer’s meal package.

An officer from the Wheat Ridge Police Department says the message was “targeting them in a negative way” although the food was not messed with.

The fast food restaurant released a statement after the incident:

"Chipotle has zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination, and expects that all of its customers be treated with dignity and respect.”
