40,000 Former Inmates Have Their Voting Rights Restored In Iowa

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds signed an executive order earlier this week, granting convicted felons the right to vote after they complete their sentences.

Iowa was the only remaining state to broadly deny voting rights to felons.
