Breonna Taylor Billboard Vandalized With Red Paint

A billboard calling for justice in the killing of Breonna Taylor was vandalized in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky this week.

Red paint was splattered in the center of Taylor's forehead, resembling a bullet wound, on one of the 26 billboards Oprah Winfrey's O Magazine put up earlier this month.

Louisville Metro Police Sgt. Lamont Washington told CNN on Wednesday officers went to inspect the billboard around 3 p.m. after hearing about the vandalism on social media. However, the billboard had been cleaned or replaced by the time officers arrived, Washington told the outlet.
