An Amazon driver is out of a delivery job after he got into a fight with an older man at a Miami Beach condo over masks.
Surveillance video at Mantell Plaza from August 4 shows the confrontation between the unidentified delivery man and 73-year-old Ray Breslin. Breslin, who is president of the building's condo association, asked the man to put on a face mask before entering the building since it's county policy.
“I open the door, I said, ‘Excuse me, you have to have a mask on.' He said, ‘I’m just delivering.’ I said, ‘It doesn’t matter. You wanna come in the building, you need to have a mask on,' " Breslin told 7 News.

The driver left the building and came back with a mask, but that's when the argument with Breslin escalated. The two men exchange words when the driver suddenly shoved his phone in Breslin's face.
“I was like … what are you kidding me? I said, 'there’s a camera right there that just shot all this' and he looked, put his head down, took his packages and walked right out the door," Breslin told NBC.
Breslin filed a police report against the driver, who authorities are still looking for. The incident happened earlier in August, but Breslin said he's still shaken by what happened.
Amazon apologized to Breslin and said that the man is no longer working with the company.
“That man should not have a job delivering for any company, let alone a big company like Amazon,” said Breslin.
