School is back in session, even if it's happening virtually.

In an interview with Cody Alan, Danielle Bradbery shared a piece of advice that every student needs to hear this year. Take notes from this country darling and remember that you don’t need to be a straight-A student or incredibly confident to become an “A-OK,” successful adult.

“I was never a good student, I mean I swear I had ADD and could never stay focused,” shared the “Worth It” singer. “Speaking of grades, though, I just wasn’t a straight-A student. I tried really hard.”

“Were you pretty secure in school?” Cody asked. “A lot of people struggle with their identity and who they are?”

“I definitely struggled,” laughs Danielle. “I was trying to find myself. I didn’t have what other girls had. I didn’t get all of the guys. Like, I was so awkward. But, life kind of works out and it will work out. I promise!”
