Bahamas Closer to Reopening for Tourism

September 9, 2020

The Bahamas is entering Phase 3 of its Readiness and Recovery Plan and because of that, the island will reopen on October 15.

Bahamas Minister of Tourism & Aviation says beaches and major hotels will reopen on all islands.

Just know that vacationers will be held to a "vacation-in-place" policy where they will be able to have access to hotel gyms, spas, and bars.

The Minister is also working with airline companies to secure air travel to the islands from major markets.

Are you thinking about traveling to major vacation spots as more tourist spots begin to reopen?
