These Are The Most Popular Liquors In Every State

Have you ever wondered what the most popular liquor in the country is? BARTRENDr, a social media app for drinkers to connect with one another, set out to find out just that. Analyzing the data from its 700,000 users, BARTENDr was able to figure out which liquors are most popular in each state.

According to the acquired data, whiskey is by far the most popular liquor in the country. Forty-two states named whiskey as their favorite, including Jack Daniels and Fireball as particularly popular brands. Rum and vodka also popped up frequently, as well. Business Insider created the below map to show each state's very liquor.
