The Lumineers have been busy raising money for charity this year, and they're not done yet. Over the weekend, the band launched a merch sale to celebrated the first anniversary of their album III, and they're donating all proceeds to The Hoffman Institute. Frontman Wesley Schultz announced the sale with a personal post on Instagram.
"Our album III is 1 year old tomorrow! To celebrate this album and the impact it’s had over the past year, all of our III-related merch items will be 25% off, and the net proceeds from the sale will benefit The Hoffman Institute. This organization is dedicated to transformative adult education and emotional growth for those struggling with their mental health. For more information visit:@hoffmanprocess," he wrote in the lengthy post.
"As you know, our album III is about a family’s struggles with addiction and trauma across three generations. The@hoffmanprocess has helped my wife @brandybschultz heal from the trauma caused by addiction in her family. I’m proud of her for the work she put in at Hoffman and hope this leads to more people getting the help they need through the scholarships they offer (that these proceeds will support). ❤️🙏"
