UPS Will Hire Thousands In Chicago Area Ahead Of Holiday Season

UPS plans to hire thousands of additional employees around Chicago in preparation of the holiday season.

The company announced that it anticipates nearly 3,300 openings in the area, and more than 100,000 nationwide, on a seasonal basis through January.

Positions include drivers, package handlers and others. Facilities will hire in Chicago, Northbrook, Addison, Lockport and other locations, WGN9 listed Friday morning (September 25).
