A Kentucky man found by Metro Police sleeping in his truck with a large amount of drugs, guns and cash in his possession outside of a Nashville Waffle House reportedly told officers he was on his way back from a "hippie concert" at the time of his arrest.

Ralph Cole, 27, of Hopkinsville was charged with six counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a weapon with intent and contraband in a penal institution, according to Davidson County booking.

Cole was found sleeping while his truck was running outside the Waffle House on Trinity Lane Sunday, Metro Police told FOX 17 News. Officers responded to the scene when an individual reported seeing several bags of marijuana on the passenger seat of the truck.

Police said they opened the passenger door and removed a shotgun, marijuana, a pistol and a backpack before waking Cole, FOX 17 News reports. Additionally, 55 grams of methamphetamine, 4.5 grams of Ecstasy, 29 assorted pills, 3/4 lb of apparent mushrooms and $1,858 in cash were also reportedly found, MNPD told FOX 17 News.

Cole told officers he was on his way back from a "hippie concert" and denied knowing he had the drugs in his possession. He is currently being held in Metro Jail on a $128,000 bond, according to Davidson County booking.
