These New DFW Restaurants All Had Grand Openings During The Pandemic

2020 has been a strange year for restaurants. While many have had to close for good because of the pandemic, some restaurateurs and small businesses owners are pushing ahead with new places to get a bite to eat.
Some of the restaurants listed below are old favorites that have expanded to other parts of the metroplex, while others are successful chains from other states moving to Texas for the first time. At least two restaurants have famous names attached to them: Rise + Thyme (Amanda Freitag from Food Network's Chopped) and Nusr-Et Steakhouse (Nusret Gokce aka Salt Bae).
Most restaurants are offering limited dine-in service or take-out. Check their websites or Facebook pages for hours and menus.
