6ix9ine Reportedly Hospitalized Due To An Overdose of Diet Pills & Caffeine

Rapper 6ix9ine has hospitalized after an overdose of diet and caffeine pills.
According to a report from Gossip Of The City and The Shade Room, the rapper was hospitalized a few days ago in Florida after taking too many Hydroxycut pills while also consuming coffee (which is full of caffeine), which ended up "increased his heart rate and caused him to sweat excessively."
Tekashi said that he was taking the diet pills to help him lose some weight he had gained after leaving prison. The Shade Room also revealed that he is now "at home and doing fine" and "even went on his daily jog."
On Instagram, DJ Akademiks confirmed the scary news, and revealed that he was, in fact, doing better. Reposting the report from The Shade Room, he wrote, "This is true.. lol he finally realizes he needs a trainer not no CVS products. Talked to him today tho. He was on the track running n in good spirits. He'll be back soon."
Most recently, 6ix9ine released his second studio album TattleTales, which follows 2018's Dummy Boy, and his is first project since being released from prison. The new album features 13 new songs (15 on the extended version) like "Gooba" and "Trollz," and collabs with artists including Akon, Nicki Minaj, Smilez, Leftside, and Lil AK.
