Chrissy Teigen Miscarriage: Kim Kardashian, Hailey Baldwin & More Send Love

Chrissy Teigen is being comforted by friends following her recent miscarriage.

Late Wednesday night (September 30), Teigen revealed she and her husband John Legend lost their third baby, a son named Jack, just a month after announcing their pregnancy news.

"We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before,” Teigen wrote on Instagram with several heartbreaking photos from the hospital. “We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.”

“To our Jack - I’m so sorry that the first few moments of your life were met with so many complications, that we couldn’t give you the home you needed to survive,” the 34-year-old continued. “We will always love you.”

We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before. We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough. . . We never decide on our babies’ names until the last possible moment after they’re born, just before we leave the hospital. But we, for some reason, had started to call this little guy in my belly Jack. So he will always be Jack to us. Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever. . . To our Jack - I’m so sorry that the first few moments of your life were met with so many complications, that we couldn’t give you the home you needed to survive. We will always love you. . . Thank you to everyone who has been sending us positive energy, thoughts and prayers. We feel all of your love and truly appreciate you. . . We are so grateful for the life we have, for our wonderful babies Luna and Miles, for all the amazing things we’ve been able to experience. But everyday can’t be full of sunshine. On this darkest of days, we will grieve, we will cry our eyes out. But we will hug and love each other harder and get through it.

At halfway through her pregnancy, Teigen had to be hospitalized this weekend due to excessive bleeding from her placenta, after spending weeks on mandatory bed rest.

After experiencing such a devastating loss, Gabrielle Union, Kim Kardashian and more celebrities rushed to send the grieving parents — who share daughter Luna, 4, and son Miles, 2 — their love, support, and condolences.

Union commented, “We love you guys so much and we will be here for whatever yall need. Always."

Kim wrote, “We’re always here for you and love you guys so much,” as Naomi Campbell expressed: "I’m so sorry for your loss Chrissy & John, you bring us so much joy and laughter, we are here for you through this difficult time.”

“I’m so so sorry. Thinking of you and John, praying for you guys and sending you so much love during this time,” wrote Hailey Baldwin, while Viola Davis added, “So very sorry Chrissy and John. A big virtual hug of love, love, love...and more...🙏🏿🙏🏿💛💛”
