Cassie Randolph filed a police report against ex-boyfriend Colton Underwood on Monday (October 5). The pair met while filming season 23 of The Bachelor in 2019. After getting together on the show, they dated for one year before calling it quits in May 2020. Though they told their Instagram followers they planned to remain best friends after their split, news broke that Randolph filed a restraining order against Underwood just four months later in September.

According to TMZ, Randolph claimed that Underwood planted a tracking device in her car after their breakup when filing her report with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. This isn't the first time Randolph made this allegation, either. When filing for the restraining order in September, Randolph cited the tracking device as a reason for needing the restraining order. The pair were scheduled to meet in court in regards to the restraining order on Tuesday (October 6), as well.

“It was her intention to first try and work through this process privately in a manner that gives both her and Colton safety, security and respect,” Randolph’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, told TMZ. “We are confident this is possible.” Underwood, however, has not publicly addressed the situation. A representative for the former Bachelor star told Us Weekly: "As this is a legal matter, we cannot provide any comment at this time.”

Not only did Randolph allege that Underwood left a tracking device on her car when filing for a restraining order last month, she also provided text messages from Underwood that depict harassment. Randolph also alleges that Underwood showed up to her apartment, as well as her parents' home, uninvited in the middle of the night. The restraining order was granted on September 14, which means Underwood must stay at least 100 yards away from his ex, as well as her home, car and workplace.
