Kendrick Lamar's time at Top Dawg Entertainment is causing some confusion.

After word spread that Antixbound claimed Lamar is no longer at TDE in favor of his recently-launched pgLang, the account has come forward to clear the air. "We did not confirm Kendrick left TDE or any pgLand signees," a statement read from Antixbound's Instagram Story. "We are not a rumor source and to the blogs crediting us as a source the info being spread is incorrect. You did not check directly from the source. It was taken out of context by a user trollin in the live which ended up spreading rapidly." In case you forgot, Lamar shared word of pgLang in March, describing the media company as a multi-lingual collective of storytellers in the worlds of music, film, television and books.

On Monday (October 5), TDE head honcho Terrence "Punch" Henderson took to Twitter to seemingly respond to the whispers. "Smh can’t even try to be mysterious and vague in my tweets no more…" he wrote in one post, adding, "A rumor gets halfway around the world before the truth get it’s shoes on. Lol."

Lamar has released four studio albums under TDE, including 2017's Pulitzer Prize-winning album DAMN. The colossal set, which spawned hits like "Humble" and "Loyalty," was certified triple platinum and won a Grammy for Best Rap Album.

Back in September, PEOPLE published a photo of Lamar shooting a new music video in downtown Los Angeles. Prior to the update, TDE CEO Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith had teased new music from the star. "Stay patient king Kendrick will return soon,” he told wrote in a comment during an Instagram Live.
