The outcome of Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers wasn't want the Arizona Cardinals, but the team found a new lifelong fan that day.
Sean and Micah Higgins took their son Lincoln to his first NFL game on Sunday in Charlotte, North Carolina. Sean is a Panthers fan and Micah is a Green Bay Packers fan, but some how Lincoln loves the Cardinals. His parents surprised Lincoln with his own Kyler Murray jersey, and the day only got better for Lincoln.
Even though the Cardinals lost 31-21, Lincoln didn't let it get him down and cheered his team on no matter what. Micah tweeted about her son's first NFL game, which caught the team's attention.
2 years ago Lincoln decided he wanted to be an @AZCardinals Fan & he has been loyal ever since. Today he got to see them play at his 1st NFL game & despite being surrounded by Panthers fans he cheered loudly & proudly for his team! They may have lost but they made one fan happy! pic.twitter.com/FJRS54RxyL

The team tweeted back that they were proud of Lincoln and got in contact with his parents to send the young fan a box of goodies.
Sean shared a video of his son unboxing what the Cardinals sent. It's absolutely adorable because Lincoln is as excited as a kid on Christmas.
"Cardinals, whatever you put in this box, I love it," said Lincoln, trying to open the package the team sent.
With a new Cards flag, stickers, buttons, and a hat, Lincoln is ready for the next time Arizona plays in Charlotte.
The @AZCardinals reached out to me in a private message asking if they could send Lincoln some gear. It arrived today. Here is the video of him opening it. pic.twitter.com/8jS5kxmqeU
