Last month, Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away at the age of 87. The progressive Supreme Court justice's dying wish was for her replacement to be named by the winner of the presidential election post-inauguration, but President Trump is adamant on confirming his nomination Amy Coney Barrett prior to November 3.

Hayley Williams, Phoebe Bridgers, Kathleen Hanna, Michael Stipe, Margo Price, Kesha, and more are banding together for "Honor Her Wish," a virtual event created to celebrate RBG's life and fight against Barrett's pre-election confirmation. In addition to musical performances, a number of politicians including Hillary Rodham Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Stacey Abrams, Elizabeth Warren, and Kristen Gillibrand will also be part of the tribute.

"Honor Her Wish" is slated to stream live on October 12, which coincides with the first day of Barrett's confirmation hearings, at 8pm EST/5pm PST, and those interested in attending can RSVP here.

Bridgers is also planning to perform during the Save Our Stages Festival — a three-day virtual benefit hosted by the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA) to raise money for music venues that have been affected by the pandemic. The singer-songwriter is playing at Los Angeles' iconic Troubadour, which will also host the Foo Fighters for an intimate set. #SOSFest streams live October 16-18.
