Austin Walmarts Hosting Drive-Thru Trick-Or-Treating Event

Walmart will be transforming 100 of its store parking lots into "spooky street" trick-or-treat adventures.
"Kids and their parents are invited to dress up," Walmart's website stated. "And head to Walmart for these free Halloween events."
The event will be "contact-free and socially distanced", according to a spokesperson for the event.
Three Walmart stores in the Austin will be participating in the drive-thru trick-or-treating event:
- Austin Walmart Supercenter located at 1030 Norwood Park Blvd
- Austin Walmart Supercenter located at 12900 NO. I-35 SVC Rd. SB
- Austin Walmart Supercenter located at 13201 Ranch Road 620 N
The 1030 Norwood Park Walmart will be hosting the event on Thursday, October 29th from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The 12900 NO. I-35 SVC Rd. SB location will have the event on Friday, October 30th from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The 13201 Ranch Road 620 N Walmart will have the drive-thru on Saturday, October 31st from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Halloween drive-thru events begin across the country on October 15th and last through the 31st.
Walmart said in a news release, "Walmart knows its customers and their families may be looking for new and exciting ways to celebrate Halloween differently this year."
