Pumpkin Puree Shortage? Don't You Believe It!

Say it isn’t so! A pumpkin puree shortage?

Well, it isn’t so. They don’t know how the rumor got started, but Libby’s, a major maker of the seasonal delight, issued a statement saying there’s nothing to worry about. However, they DID say that planting & harvest were delayed a bit this year, but there will be plenty of canned pumpkin just in time for Thanksgiving. The also went on to say that the shortage in stores right now is probably due to ‘stress baking” during the pandemic.
