Dallas Is Among The Top 25 Best Places To Live In The Nation

Dallas is one of the fastest-growing cities with a booming economy. The great weather, rich history, and arts scene draws in nearly 250 new residents every single day.
The city also boasts great job diversity and new job opportunities, housing 22 of America's 500 largest companies such as AT&T, American Airlines, and Exxon Mobile.
US News released a list of 2020-2021's best places to live in the Nation. The list evaluated the 150 most populous metropolitan areas in the United States based on affordability, job prospects, and desirability.
To determine the best places to retire, the list looked at happiness, housing, affordability, health care quality, taxes, desirability, and job market ratings.
Dallas was ranked number 24 on the list with an overall score of 7.0, with a 6.7 in quality of life and a 7.0 in value.
Boulder, Colorado was ranked as the best place to live with an overall score of 7.8, followed by Denver, Colorado in second with a score of 7.4.
Austin, Texas was ranked as the third-best place to live. The city had an overall score of 7.4.
Following Austin and rounding out the top five was Colorado Springs, Colorado in fourth place and Fort Collins, Colorado in fifth.
