How many teachers does it take to get a raccoon out of a high school in Texas?

That's not a trick question because teachers and staff had to chase a critter out of Trinity High School in Euless on Thursday.

The masked bandit sneaked into the school building and couldn't find its way out so the school decided to call in an animal control professional.

School staffers thought they trapped the raccoon in a practice room so it could removed by animal control. The critter wasn't going to give up that easily though and led school employees and the animal control man on a chase.

It was all caught on the school's security camera. Principal Mike Harris sped up the footage and added "Yakety Sax" before sharing it with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Just when they think they cornered the intruder, the raccoon fakes its pursuers out. Asides from a few bewildered students, the school was mostly empty so the critter had a clear path to run before someone realized that propping a door open was the easiest way to get the raccoon to leave.

Run free, little guy. Hopefully, there were some chicken nuggets or tater tots for the raccoon to enjoy in the cafeteria trash can once it found its way out.
