Election Day is this Tuesday, November 3, 2020 which means there are only three days left to get your vote counted. If you didn't vote by mail and you don't plan on voting early- which officially ends on November 2 at 7:00 p.m. - your last opportunity will be voting in-person on Election Day.
Voting on Election Day requires you to vote at your assigned polling place based on the address you registered to vote with. You can find your polling place in Miami-Dade County and in Broward County by providing your full name and date of birth. This information also gives you access to a sample ballot, which you can mark beforehand and bring with you to the polls. Just remember to not display it for others near you to see or leave it at the polling place.
Once you know your assigned polling place you can make sure you have everything you'll need to make your vote count. The state of Florida requires every voter to present a valid photo ID like a driver's license or a DMV issued ID card. If you don't have either of these you can check this list for other acceptable forms of identification.
If you forget to bring a photo ID or you're not sure if you're at the correct polling place on Election Day, you should still stay in line. Talk to a poll worker and ask them if you're eligible for a provisional ballot. Your vote will be counted once a supervisor can confirm that your signature matches the one on your voter registration.
All polling places in Miami-Dade County and Broward County will be open on Election Day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
