Tom Brady's legendary career continues to roll on and defy father time.

The 43-year-old quarterback was named NFC Offensive Player of the Month for October on Thursday, which was his 11th career Player of the Month award and his first as a member of the NFC, according to Buccaneers.com.

Brady, who signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in March after 20 seasons with the New England Patriots, completed 66 of his 159 passing attempts for 1,157 yards, 12 touchdowns and just one interception for a 110.0 rating, while also rushing for a touchdown and leading the Buccaneers to a 3-1 record in October.

The four-time Super Bowl MVP managed to improve in October after a slow first month with the Bucs, which saw Brady throw six touchdowns and three interceptions, while averaging 6.9 yards per attempt and a 92.0 passer rating.

Brady is the only starter and one of five quarterbacks to play an NFL game at the age of 43, along with George Blanda (1970), Vinny Testaverde (2006), Warren Moon (1999) and Doug Flutie, who appeared in five games as Brady's backup for the Patriots during the 2005 season.

So far, Brady has thrown for 1,157 yards, 12 touchdowns and one interception on 105 of 159 passing, while the other four quarterbacks combined for 539 yards, seven touchdowns and five interceptions on 37 of 71 passing.
