Last week, Lori Loughlin reported to federal prison to serve her two month jail sentence for her involvement in the college admissions scandal. According to a report from Us Weekly, the former Fuller House actress has been a "wreck" during her first few days behind bars.
“Lori really went into prison strong, she had her faith and the support of her family, but the first few days and road ahead are daunting,” a source close to Loughlin told Us Weekly. “Lori tried her best to be brave and look at the end result but there was nothing that could dissipate her fears.
Despite her sentence being "only two months," Loughlin is apparently "dreading" the rest of her time there. "Her mind keeps telling her that something will go horribly wrong in prison or that her stay could be prolonged," the source explained.
Loughlin originally requested to serve her time at the federal correctional institution in Victorville, California, however, she ultimately reported to a facility in Dublin. She switched facilities at the last minute because Dublin had lower COVID-19 numbers. Fellow actress Felicity Huffman served her brief two week sentence for her involvement in the same scam at Dublin, as well.
