A Vanderbilt University Medical Center paramedic is reportedly accused of obtaining and exchanging child pornography following a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Technical Services Unit investigation.

Dylan Lee Wilson, 44, of Hohenwald, was charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, according to a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation news release.

The agency said it received information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Metro Nashville Police Department regarding Wilson's online activity last Monday (November 2). The investigation determined Wilson "possessed and transmitted several dozen images and videos consistent with child pornography on the mobile messaging application app."

A Davidson County affidavit obtained by FOX 17 News states Kik reported Wilson used an account on its application named "leej981" to exchange child porn files with NCMEC in February. The social media company handed over 25 files, along with several IP addresses showing Wilson had used the app at several areas including Vanderbilt Medical Center, as well as through Comcast and Verizon Wireless services in Nashville.

In May, Kik reported another user account named "leejohnns_077" to NCMEC after it had also shared child porn, which led to the company handing over 28 child porn files once again linking the user to Vanderbilt Medical Center and Verizon Wireless, FOX 17 News reports.

TBI reviewed 24 images and 29 videos exchanged through the app and determined them to be child porn depicting girls between the ages of 4-14.

TBI Investigators sent a subpoena to Verizon Wireless then tied the Kik accounts back to Wilson, who was arrested by TBI agents on Sunday. A Vanderbilt spokesperson confirmed Wilson is a paramedic at VUMC who is now placed on administrative leave to FOX 17 News following reports of his arrest.

Wilson is currently booked in Davidson County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
