Dallas will soon be rocking around the nation's tallest indoor Christmas tree once again.

Galleria Dallas is bringing back the annual Christmas tree, and it will soon be on display.

Galleria says that this year's display will be no different than in the past, CBS DFW reported.

"Obviously this year so much has changed, and we are so glad that we don't have to change the tradition of tis beautiful Christmas tree that means so much to so many, " said Holly Quartaro of Galleria Dallas.

Eighty people are working to build the frame and check for repairs as the magical display takes more than four days to construct.

"Head Elf" Wayde Pearce said it's no small task. "We start a week in advance, start pulling the boxes, the frames, checking our inventory, tools, making a list, checking it twice, that kind of thing, " he said.

The larger-than-life display will feature 10,000 ornaments, over a half million twinkling lights, and branches that will need to be fluffed out individually.

"There are over 1,400 branches on this tree, and each one is basically its own tiny little Christmas tree," Quartaro explained.

The tree will be completed by Wednesday, November 11th, and it will be illuminated this weekend.
