Pringles Set To Release 3 New Spicy Flavors

Pringles is turning up the heat!

On Tuesday (November 10), the brand announced a new line of three spicy flavored chips. The new Pringles Scorchin' lineup takes three Pringles original flavors you know and love – Cheddar, BBQ and Chili & Lime – and adds "a spicy sensation" to their flavor profile.

In a press release, Pringles described the new line of spicy flavors as a "test" to see how much heat their fans can take. The new Pringles deliver a "bold flavor followed by a heat that builds over time" so make sure you eat these slowly.

Here's the full Pringles Scorchin' lineup and what you can expect from each flavor:

Pringles Scorchin' Cheddar– Get ready to experience majestic cheddar cheese goodness on a whole new level. Pringles took that irresistible cheesy taste and added an extra peppery kick.

Pringles Scorchin' BBQ– For those craving an outdoor cookout, Pringles perfectly balances smoky flavor with a hint of sweetness, wrapped up in a pop of heat from cayenne pepper.

Pringles Scorchin' Chili & Lime– Love zesty flavors and spicy heat? Say hello to Scorchin' Chili & Lime! Each crisp features a tangy, citrus taste with a chili pepper bite.

"We've launched spicy flavors in the past, but Pringles Scorchin' is our first dedicated collection. As we created this collection, we knew spice was important, but we also wanted to preserve the insanely accurate flavors our fans have come to expect from our products," Gareth Maguire, Senior director of marketing for Pringles, said in the press release. "I'm proud to say, we have succeeded on both fronts to offer the perfect balance of bold flavor and spicy heat that builds over time."

Cans of each new flavor will cost just $1.99 each. They will be available through a limited release in most major retailers nationwide beginning in December 2020. In 2021, however, these flavors will get a full release, including in the popular Grab & Go size.
