River Park Will Screen Classic Holiday Films For The Next 6 Weeks

November 16, 2020

Fresno is gearing up for the holidays with a weekly event that's free to the public and keeps safety in mind.

The Holiday Drive-In at River Park will be showing classic Christmas films every Wednesday for the next six weeks.

The first showing of The Polar Express this Wednesday, November 18, will be completely free.

For the following weeks, River Park will be partnering with different organizations. Admission to the Drive-In will be a small item donation to the organization specified for each week on their website.

River Park restaurants will also be open for pickup including The Hangar, Me N Eds Coney Island, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, SmallCakes, and Starbucks.

The Drive-In is strictly cars only and patrons must stay inside their vehicle, or within the rear bed of trucks.

Parking spaces will be socially distanced and guests will be asked to wear masks when leaving their vehicle to pickup food or use the restroom.

The Drive-In will take place on the top deck of the parking structure in River Park.

Every week the gates will open to the public at 4:00 PM and the showing will begin at 6:30 PM.

Screenings are on a first come first serve basis.
