Who's ready for a Ty Dolla $ign and Post Malone collab album?
In a new interview with Korean publication HiphopLE, the "Hit Different" artist appeared to confirm that a joint LP with him and the "Saint-Tropez" rapper is "coming soon" while discussing his 2018 collab album with Jeremih: MihTy.
"Who knows if I might do it again, but I'm sure it's possible," Ty Dolla said of his previous joint project. "Posty and Ty Dolla Sign album coming soon."
As fans know, Ty Dolla, who dropped his collab-heavy LP Featuring Ty Dolla Sign last month, has not only a working relationship with Posty, but also a friendship. The two have previously worked together on "Psycho," which was on Post's 2018 album Beerbongs & Bentleys. Posty is also featured on Ty Dolla's latest LP, Featuring Ty Dolla Sign, appearing on the fan-favorite track "Spicy." Ty Dolla previously spoke about working with Post on that track specifically, saying the "Circles" rapper took forever and a day to finish it.
"I did my part on it. I was just like, 'Yo, we need Post on this one. This is the one.' So, I called him and he took a f**king hell of a long time to send it back," he recalled before adding that Post is a perfectionist so that explains why he had to repeatedly ask him to finish his verse.
