The only micro-creamery in St. Louis is whipping up a trendy treat in time for the holidays.

Hot chocolate bombs have been making waves on social media, and Clementine’s Creamery — partnering with Amy’s Cake Pop Shop & Boozy Bites — is putting its own spin on the seasonal trend for local hot chocolate lovers.

Customers can try the “nice” versions: hot milk chocolate bombs, pumpkin spice bombs and peppermint hot chocolate bombs.

Or, they can go for the the “naughty” versions: the hot brandy apple pie and boozy brunch bombs.

Clementine’s Creamery lists “nice” (non-alcoholic) bombs for $10 and “naughty” (with alcohol) bombs for $12.

The creamery, notably the city's first and only micro-creamery, shared its flavors on social media. It also shared a video of its pumpkin spiced hot chocolate bombs in action, dropping one into a mug and pouring hot milk over it, dissolving it into a festive drink. Similar videos have circulated on Tiktok and other social media platforms.

CEO Tamara Keefe established Clementine’s Creamery in 2014, which has become a staple to the Greater St. Louis area. Its four locations serve “unique, small-bath ice cream flavors, including alcoholic and vegan options,” according to the creamery.
