A woman tried smuggling synthetic marijuana into a Southwest Florida jail, but she allegedly did so in an unconventional way.

According to NBC 2, 26-year-old Goldie Greene, of Fort Meyers, was being processed in a Lee County jail for a probation violation. An x-ray scanner found a hidden object in her vagina. Authorities strip searched the Fort Meyer woman and told her to "squat and cough." They said 0.6 grams of synthetic marijuana fell out along with a lighter and white papers.

Now Greene is back behind bars on additional charges of synthetic cannabinoids and smuggling contraband.

Last month, a Florida inmate sought legal action against the state Department of Corrections. She claimed a corrections officer put bleach into her drink after they had a "heated dispute" earlier that day.

In the world of drug-related mishaps, a Florida mom faced charges for allegedly making her infant son smoke THC oil with a vape pen. Authorities claim she did so to help the child sleep and eat better, but an ex-girlfriend feared for how she is taking care of the child.
