An investigation is underway after reports of two women setting the front porch of a South Florida home on fire, according to NBC Miami.
Keaisha Franklin, who lives on 183rd Street, said it happened around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday (December 2) outside the front door of her Miami Gardens house. Surveillance video captured the suspects pouring lighter fluid on the porch and then lighting it ablaze. The top of one of cars also went up in flames.
“They burned the antenna, and this is the back part of the car," Franklin told reporters. “I feel unsafe. I feel unsafe for my family. I haven’t been to sleep yet.” The resident also said she saw her son chasing people across the street. “I saw people running this way, and it was a big mess.”

Miami Gardens police said they're investigating the incident. Franklin said "she doesn’t know the women in the video but believes she’s being targeted by an ex-boyfriend," NBC Miami reported. No one was hurt in the incident, but Franklin is afraid of another incident like this. “I can’t stop thinking about that,” Franklin said. “What if I wasn’t able to get all my kids out?”
She also has a message for the suspects. “You will get caught,” she said. “And, when you do, I’m gonna be there to push it to the fullest extent that I can. So just be ready.”
