As she teased, Ariana Grande is heading to Netflix with her "Sweetener World Tour."
On Wednesday (December 9), the pop titan, 27, took to Instagram to announce an upcoming concert doc called excuse me, i love you, which she deemed as a "love letter" to her fans. "I know this project only captures some of one tour (out of all the other hundreds of shows and moments we have shared over the past six or seven years… jesus lol) but I just wanted to thank u all for showing me more in this lifetime already than I ever dreamed of,” Grande wrote of the project, which will chronicle her nine months on the road promoting her 2018 album, Sweetener, and its follow-up, thank u, next.
Grande went on to remind her followers that making music is all she's ever known and that her gratitude for their support is something she'll live with forever. "Making music and doing all of this has been all i’ve known or fully given myself to consistently for a very long time now," she continued. "Although my heart is looking forward to a change of pace, i wanted to express again just how eternally thankful i am."
Expect the trailer for the film on Thursday ahead of its December 21 release. The film is the latest in a string of high-profile pop star Netflix projects after Shawn Mendes' documentary, In Wonder, and Blackpink's Light Up the Sky.
