Like the rest of us, Lizzo has her good and bad days.

In a recent Tik Tok, the 32-year-old singer shared that her life isn't always "Good as Hell" and admitted to experiencing "negative thoughts" about her own body image.

"I came home and I took my clothes off to take a shower and I just started having all of these really negative thoughts about myself," Lizzo began. "Like, you know, 'What's wrong with me? Maybe everything, [and] all the mean things people say about me are true.' And, you know, 'Why am I so disgusting?' And [I was] hating my body."

She went on to recognize that it's not normal to not feel positive all the time. "Normally, I would have some positive thing to say to get me out of this, but I don't, and that's okay too. [It's] normal, and [it happens] to everybody. It happens to the best of us," she shared.

"We are the best of us, and I just have to know that, tomorrow, how I feel in here is gonna change," Lizzo added. "And I can only hope that it changes for the better."

The "Truth Hurts" singer concluded, "But I know I'm beautiful, I just don't feel it. But I know I'm gonna get through it."

After receiving tons of messages of support and love from her fans following her sharing of her vulnerable TikTok, Lizzo later posted a video to Instagram about self-love.

"Wild to see the body positive movement come so far," she captioned the clip. "Proud of the big girls who gave it wings. My body is changing but I’m gonna keep appreciating it from every angle."
